Dear lovely readers
Just a short issue from me just to wish you a wonderful Easter break and I hope you manage to get a good rest. Whether your plans involve a trip out (to the coast or hills), a trip to the DIY store or garden centre, I hope it provides you with the re-set we all need from time to time.
Personally, I’m planning a trip to a local DIY store - we have big plans to upgrade our lounge - more of that in a future issue. And we can’t let a bank holiday go by without a trip to the coast. It’s an unwritten rule in our family, mainly instigated by me! If you’ve read previous newsletters or seen anything of mine online, you’ll know the coast is my go-to when I need a re-set. And it works every time :)
If you cast your mind back to the issues of my newsletter at the beginning of this year, I mentioned my aim was to turn 45NotOut into a viable business. Well, the first independent 45 Not Out event rolled off the production line soon. From the 2nd April I'm offering a "Slay Imposter Syndrome" hour long online session in a 1-2-1 power hour with me. It'll take the form of an online chat and the session will be built purely around your needs - not the other way round.
Before our session, I'll ask you to complete a short questionnaire about what form your Imposter Syndrome symptoms takes. Using your responses I build a bespoke session to give you ways to kick Imposter Syndrome to the kerb.
The issues that affect you most could take the form of:
- Putting up with a situation in the workplace that affects your work, because you want to avoid a confrontation with your boss.
- Being less than effective as a line manager because you don't feel confident in managing your team
- Doing some fabulous work, only for someone else to take the credit
Or anything else that undermines your self confidence.
The cost of the session will be £75 for the hour, but if you book a session at any point in the future by 08.04.24, the cost will be £50 as an introductory offer.

So all that’s left for me to do is to wish you a wonderful Easter (again!) and see you next issue.
Stay safe & well till then
